Combined Automated Annotation using Multiple IEA Methods.

An automated process that integrates identical annotations from multiple electronic pipelines, including UniRule(GO_REF:0000104), ARBA(GO_REF:0000117), InterPro2GO(GO_REF:0000002), TreeGrafter2GO(GO_REF:0000118), RHEA2GO(GO_REF:0000116), KeyWord2GO(GO_REF:0000004), SubCellular2GO(GO_REF:0000109), EC2GO(GO_REF:0000003), and EnsEMBL Compara(GO_REF:0000107). This method reduces redundancy in automated GO annotations, offering a clearer and less cluttered page view. The combined annotations use the ECO:0000501 evidence code, with the sources of GO annotation assignments from individual IEA pipelines listed in the “with/from” field, separated by a pipe delimiter.
