Transitive assignment of GO terms based on the UniPathway pathway vocabulary. UniPathway is not maintained anymore. It was a manually curated resource of enzyme-catalyzed and spontaneous chemical reactions that provided a hierarchical representation of metabolic pathways. The last release of UniPathway was in March 2015 and is archived at NCBO: https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/UPA.
